History of Sneakers & Boots, Inc.

Sneakers and Boots was founded in 1998 by LouAnn Papke and 3 additional partners. Our flagship facility is situated on Lansing Avenue in Sturgeon Bay and was built by Portside Builders with the safety and happiness of children in mind. Soon, LouAnn discovered the need for an additional center in town, and began planning Sneakers Too. Sneakers Too, located on Egg Harbor Road, was completed in 2007 again, by Portside Builders and features the most up-to-date education and play areas available.

Our Goals

Our goal is to created a warm and loving atmosphere for each and every child and to make their experience here a positive and rewarding one. Our trained staff will assist your child in learning to look at the world with curiosity, in obtaining a positive self-esteem, in learning to work and play effectively with others and alone, in prerequisite skills for kindergarten entry.

Our staff will assist parents in learning about and updating them on their child’s progress, feeling confident that Sneakers & Boots, Inc. Child Care and Learning Center provides a safe, happy, and loving atmosphere.
